Origin
Why we split it off
The operators still run a successful residential company in Schertz: CTR Discount Roofing. A homeowner has a face. Commercial usually doesn’t. Too many shops treat the building as nameless, pad the number, and move on.
We stood up Rockwell so those jobs get the same pride. Property managers, hotel GMs, investors, owners. Separate company. Commercial only. We do not run residential under this name.
We use insured subcontractors when the job needs them. There is a written agreement and a COI. We remain responsible for the work on your roof.
